WHAT DOES A QUOTED PRICE INCLUDE?

The price includes the band for a four hour event, usually 4 sets including intermissions. It also includes:

– Band set up & break down

– MC/Hosting

– Sound & lighting equipment

– Equipment transportation

– Music or DJ during band break(s)

 

WHAT IF I ONLY NEED THE BAND FOR TWO (2) HOURS?

Yes, all fees will be based according to your time period (up to 4 hours).

 

WHAT IF I NEED THE BAND FOR MORE THAN FOUR (4) HOURS?

If negotiated at the time of booking, a discount price for extra hours will be calculated into the total price. If the performance time is over four (4) hours on the day of the event, an overtime fee will be added based on the contracted cost.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT TYPE OF BAND IS RIGHT FOR MY EVENT?

Our qualified consultants are available to discuss your needs and assist you in making a professional decision that fits best for your event.

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO QUOTE A PRICE FOR MY EVENT?

No events are created the same. There are many factors that can affect the overall cost and some of those include:

– Time of the year

– Location of event

– Number of guests

– Band size

 

COULD THE BANDS LEARN NEW MATERIAL TO PERFORM FOR SPECIAL DANCES AT WEDDING RECEPTIONS?

The band may learn up to three songs that are not included in their repertoire, as long as it’s fitting to the style of the band. These songs are first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. These requests must be submitted 60 days before the performance.

 

IF THE BAND CANNOT PERFORM THE REQUESTED SONG FOR A SPECIAL DANCE AT A WEDDING RECEPTION, WHAT CAN BE DONE?

We will have your music on CD/iPod ready to play at your event, in lieu of the band performing it.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE STAGING AND POWER?

Our agreements call for the client to provide staging and power, but we can also provide those at an additional cost.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, check and money orders. Note: We DO NOT accept credit cards.

 

HOW DO I SECURE A BAND FOR MY EVENT?

A contract is issued and deposit is required to secure a band for your event.
